This is the formal Notice by a Director to his or her fellow Directors disclosing a material personal interest in a matter relating to the company.
This Notice is for the purposes of complying with Section 191 of the Corporations Act 2001.
Note that Section 191(2) of the Act sets out matters which do not have to be disclosed.
