Overview

This is a pro forma Register of Option holders.

A Register of option holders over unissued shares or other interests in the company must be kept pursuant to Section 170 of the Corporations Act 2001.

Under this Section of the Corporations Act 2001 it is mandatory that:

the Register be updated within 14 days after the grant of any option (Section 170(2));

a copy of each and every document granting an option must be kept with the Register (Section 170(3)); and

the options Register must be updated whenever options are exercised or expire (Section 170(1)).
