This Trade Mark Licence Agreement is for entering into an agreement between the owner of a trademark (the Licensor) and another party (the Licensee) who has been granted the right to use the trademark. The Licensor retains ownership of the trademarked property. The Licensee is free to use the trademark subject to specific conditions in the agreement. Such conditions may include use on an exclusive or non-exclusive basis, the Licensor's right to revoke, and options to allow assignment and sub-licensing of the trademark.
